Novere Capital’s governance is structured across three levels: the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Board of Directors and the management team.
The GMS adopts the key decisions, the Board of Directors sets and oversees the strategic direction, while the management team coordinates its implementation and the company’s day-to-day operations.
