Novere Capital’s activity is structured across several business lines — income-generating assets, trading, co-development and development — supported by the active management of the investment pipeline, from identifying opportunities through to implementing investments. The strategic priority is to increase the share of income-generating assets, while the other business lines are being selectively recalibrated.
