Dan Petrișor
Dan Petrișor Dan Petrișor has led Novere Capital since January 2026. He began his career in Amsterdam as a portfolio manager at Kempen Capital Management, investing primarily in REIT vehicles. He later served as Executive Director at MAS plc, a company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, where he was responsible for capital allocation and investor relations. He then led capital markets and transactions at One United Properties, managing non-residential transactions with institutional investors. He holds a master’s degree in finance from Tilburg University and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics from Leeds University.

Răzvan Szilagyi
Răzvan Szilagyi will join Novere Capital on October 19, 2026, initially as Deputy Chief Financial Officer, a position he will hold until November 10, 2026.
Răzvan Szilagyi has held the internationally recognized Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation since 2006, specializing in financial analysis and investments. He holds a master’s degree in “Board Practice and Directorship” from Henley Business School in the United Kingdom and is currently pursuing a PhD in corporate governance at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies.

A seasoned professional with over 14 years of experience in financial audit and consultancy within banking and financial institutions, with expertise in project management, IFRS reporting standards implementation, and interpretation of specific issues.
His experience in risk assessment and business development, structuring various transactions including complex pricing and capital structures, acquisitions, sales, or mergers, is a vital asset for a company like Novere Capital, adding value to the team to deliver the results expected by shareholders.
