Novere Capital debuted on the Regulated Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange
Starting 31 August 2026 , Novere Capital shares are traded on the Regulated Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, under the ticker symbol NC .
The debut on the Regulated Market marks a new stage in Novere Capital’s development and reflects the Company’s maturity, as well as the continuation of its development strategy, based on investment discipline, active portfolio management and rigorous capital allocation.
The transfer creates the framework for higher standards of reporting and transparency, increased visibility on the capital market and access to a broader investor base, supporting the consolidation of the Company’s institutional profile.
Novere Capital is built on a core belief: capital does not grow through speed, but through structure — through selection, patience and calibrated decisions.
The transition from Meta Estate Trust to Novere Capital marked the beginning of this transformation, while the experience gained as a listed company and the relationship built with investors remain the foundation for the Company’s future development.

Portfolio optimisation
We are reconfiguring the portfolio by reducing exposures that no longer support the strategic direction, protecting capital and directing resources towards better-structured investments. In parallel, we are consolidating the new stage of development initiated by Novere Capital’s debut on the Regulated Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

Acceleration of recurring income
We are increasing the share of recurring-income assets to 75–80% of the portfolio and selectively developing partnerships and projects with scaling potential. The emphasis shifts towards income predictability, financial discipline and portfolio quality.

Scaling on an institutional foundation
We target an asset base of approximately €100m, supported by recurring income, a prudent level of leverage and clear dividend policies. Novere Capital is evolving into a mature real estate platform, built on institutional principles and focused on long-term value creation.
